Introduction:

Garment industry one of the main aspect by which we can represent our country toward the whole world. As a result, we are now recognized as first in knit garments exporting of 2^nd grade. As nobody live alone. Like that the Garments industry can’t run alone. There are many backward linkages working behind it to prosper it. Trimmings and Accessories factory is one of the important backward linkages among them. Although it is a very small factory but it has a grate contribution in garments industry. Here, in our assignment we are trying to discuss their contribution, probabilities and obstruction.

What is Trimmings & Accessories?

All the materials except fabric required to make a garments are knows training or accessories materials which are attached with fabric by sticking is called training.

They are some difference between trainings & accessories say, materials which are attached with fabric without stitching are called accessories.

Trims are materials or stitching applied primarily for aesthetic reasons to provide decorative details. Trains may be dual purpose in providing both aesthetic focus functional services such as a braid or tape that serves as an edge finish or him as well as a decorative detect. Trims include a broad range of materials & treatments that may be superficially applied or structurally incorporated into nearly nay type of garment, possibilities for trim are limited only by availability, design creativity, costs & equipment to produce & apply them. Evaluate of trims may be based on materials content such as fabrication, size; finishes etc finally, conclude that “All trainings are accessories but all accessories are not trainings.

Problems and its overcome:

Recently we discussed with garments factory management and trainings and accessories factory or supplier about the problems of this field and their probable solve. Now we are trying to mentioning those problems audit’s over come below:

Excessive number of trainings and accessories factory Now- a-days we have a lot of trainings I accessories factories more than enough in our country. So market of selling is more competitive now for them and they do not get enough prize of product.

To solve this they should be facilitated to export their product to world market. Thus, the problems may mitigate and the job field increased.

Buyer order decreased: Now-a-days the order of from buyer reduced. That’s why trainings and accessories factories are facing threat. As example, In Mazib Garments the exported 24 Lake price garments in 2010 whereas in 2011 up to August the have exported only 6 lake. So the rate of training and accessories also reduce.

To solve this Buying house and garment factory have to work together toward the minimum facilities of buyer and the quality of garments product.

High prize of raw materials: The prize of raw yarn is high in contrast another countries like India, Sri-lanka etc. That’s why our supplier couldn’t their prize and buyers transfer from our country to other.

To solve this, if possible our cottons production should be increased. On the other hand, our buying prize for yearn should be maintained as like India and Sri-lanka.

As possibilities here?

We imported almost 100% trainings and accessories form 1980 to 1990 of our garments industry from China and India. But afterward 1990 a silence revelation has occurred in the field of garments industry in our country. The numbers of factories were 200-300 in 1990 where as now we have 500-600 industries around the country. To propagate this large industry there are many trainings and accessories factories have been established as backward linkage in our country. As a result now we can produce 100% trainings and accessories for knit garments and 80% trainings and accessories for waver garments in our country. Which is helps us to earn foreign currency as well as reduce our production cost per garments. Although unfortunate but true is that in our country we invest lawlessly if we see benefit in any sector. As a result the number of trainings and accessories factory in our country is now over than that of necessary. So the demand of factories and their product deduced. But the positive side of those factories is quality of product by which they are now able to draw the attention and satisfaction of international buyer. Now we can specify from our discussion with factory’s management that we don’t need any more trainings and accessories factory in our country in 10 to 15 years. And we can suggest the owners should more careful to increase the quality of previous industries instead of establish of new one.

At last, one most important line must be said is if we get two or three times more order than before then our trimmings and accessories factories will be benefited

Conclusion:
From our assignment different yes of trimming &accessories for T-shirt, polo shirt &ladies wear. Now we can conclude that this is very possible sector to earn foreign currency. So we should careful about the protection of this sector.
